  4. 04

Assign and manage the right roles

Owners can appoint managers and other staff. Managers can add sellers and Accounts Receivable staff. Use Employee access to change permitted roles, cancel unused invitations, or remove employee access.

  5. 05

    Set your business rules

Owners and managers set profit targets, employee allowances, and reviewed tax and fee profiles. Each business connects its DocuSign account and reviews its documents before enabling signatures.

  6. 06

Follow the work by stage and employee

The clickable progress timeline shows application counts at each stage. Sellers see their own applications; managers and owners can view the team’s progress and filter by employee name.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few things to know.

Who needs a business access code?

The owner setting up the business uses its assigned code. Invited employees create their own verified login and accept an employee invitation. Returning users sign in normally.

Who can see an employee’s applications?

Sellers see their own assigned applications. Managers and owners can review the business’s applications and filter progress by employee name. Accounts Receivable reviews submitted records through its processing portal.

When is a transaction finally closed?

After the required signatures, recorded closing, and accounting checks are complete, Accounts Receivable marks it processed & closed. The final archive remains available for future searches and exports.

Can we share one employee login?

Each person uses their own verified sign-in. Role-based access keeps sales work, manager approvals, and accounting processing with the appropriate staff.
